Return & Exchange Window
Products can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, unless the product arrived defective. Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, we will notify you regarding its receipt and proceed accordingly.

Color Disclaimer
Product colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and display settings. Lighting conditions during photography may also affect how colors appear.
Refund Guidelines
To initiate a refund, please email us at info@marblenstones.com. Before starting the process, kindly review the following requirements:
• Returned products must be in original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
• For defective or damaged items, images with all tags attached are required.
• Refunds are approved only if the product is returned in its original, unused state. Items damaged after receipt or used multiple times will not qualify.
• Once the product arrives at our fulfillment center, inspection will be completed within 48 hours, after which the refund process will begin.
Refund timelines may vary by payment provider and can take 3–6 business days depending on your financial institution.
To process your request, please provide your order number, product photos, and any relevant details to help us understand the issue.
Return Shipping Location
Products may need to be shipped back to our Dubai Warehouse. Please contact us at info@marblenstones.com to confirm the correct return address prior to dispatch.
Return Postage
Marble N Stones does not provide prepaid return labels. If a prepaid label is requested, the label cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
