We take great pride in our craftsmanship—but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a 15-working-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged (unless it arrived damaged or defective).
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and protection intact.
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll carefully inspect it and notify you by email regarding your refund or replacement status.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Natural Marble Variations
Please note that every marble piece is beautifully unique. Natural stone may show subtle variations in color, veins, and texture, which are part of its authentic character—not flaws.
While we do our best to display accurate images, actual colors may differ slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These natural differences are what make our marble home décor and kitchenware truly one of a kind.
Refund Process
To initiate your refund, simply email info@marbleandstones.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
- A brief description of your concern
Once we receive and inspect your item at our Fulfillment Center, we’ll process your refund within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and depending on your financial institution, it may take 3–6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Please note that items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
At this time, Marble N Stones does not offer prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you request a prepaid shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Before sending back any product, please contact us at info@marbleandstones.com to confirm the correct return address, as returns may need to be sent to our Dubai warehouse.
